EDGAR
EDGAR is a short for Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval, an electronic system created by SEC. EDGAR provides increased accessibility to corporate fillings in order to ease submission of required documents to the SEC, such as quarterly and annual statements, information regarding institutional owners and other important documents.
Edgar has one drawback among the entire amenity: documents filed trough EDGAR are totally unreadable, because it is just one text file with all relevant information inside. However, all filed documents are available for view download.
All publicly traded companies use EDGAR when filing their documents to the SEC.
