Fundamental Analysis

Fundamental analysis is a process of securities valuation by examining company's financials, sales, growth potential, debt obligations, management, competition and all factors that are directly related to the company.
Unlike technical analysis, fundamental analysis uses intrinsic value of the stock when evaluating it, disregarding market conditions and past price performance of the security.
