Red Flag
Red Flag is a sign that one security is not desirable for investors, but it depends of the point of view. There are as many red flag signals as different investing theories. What could be a red flag for one investor doesn't have to be a red flag for another (if someone is looking for safe investments, a highly risky but highly profitable company will be a red flag for him).
