Revenue Per User - RPU
Revenue Per User is a ratio used by companies that operate on a per-user basis, like telephone companies or service providers. RPU is used to measure and express the profitability potential of a company, but only per user basis, and is calculated by dividing Total revenue by Total number of customers.
By including number of customers using one particular product or service line in the equation (instead of total customers), RPU can show you which service line produce most revenue per customer.
