Risk Free Asset
Risk Free Asset is an assets the is said to be totally free from risk, even if no investment is 100% risk free. These assets bear a risk so small that only inflation can be considered as risk, and because of that, returns on risk free assets are very close to current interest rates.
Treasuries issued by stable governments are considered risk-free investments, especially T-bills.
