Risk-Return Tradeoff is a theorem of investing, stating that higher returns are linked to higher risk rates. Lower risk rate investments will generate lower returns, and vice versa, investor will experience higher returns by taking into higher risk rate.
The goal of common investing is to find a balance between risk and steady earnings.
