Secondary Listing
Secondary listing refers to a listing of securities on any market other than primary exchange.
Many companies are listed on multiple exchanges, but only one exchange is considered primary. Listing on other exchanges is usually done in order to develop presence in other country, or to raise more capital from new market when primary market is saturated.
