Seller Financing
Seller Financing is a purchasing contract between the buyer and the seller, by which the purchaser will borrow from the seller instead of a bank. This is usually done when the buyer is not qualified for the full bank loan, and the seller offers an incentive to the buyer in order to stimulate purchasing.
