Selling Hedge
Selling hedge is a hedging strategy by which the seller insures himself against decrease in commodities price. Selling hedge is done trough sale of futures contract that guarantees the sale price of underlying commodity that will be sold in the future.
Selling hedge is also known as short hedge.
