Short Straddle
Short Straddle is an options strategy, by which investor sells both call and put options with the same strike price and expiration dates.
In short straddle, investor can expect returns only if security prices do not move significantly, in any direction. Maximum amount of the return in short straddle is the total revenue collected by writing the options. Short straddle is a very risky options strategy, so only experienced investors should employ it.
