Soft Landing

Soft landing is a term that refers to inflation avoidance by slow economic growth, while the growth is high enough to avoid recession.
In the event of fast economic growth rate, Federal Reserve Board will engage the soft landing by raising interest rates in order to slow down the global economy growth, while avoiding recession.
