Solvency Ratio

Solvency Ratio is a ratio used to measure company's ability to meet its debt obligations.
Solvency ratio is calculated by the following equation:
Solvency ration =After Tax Income + Non-Cash Depreciation Expenses / Total Debt Obligations
The higher the ratio, the more solvent the company is, and the bigger are chances to avoid bankruptcy.
