Speculative Flow

Speculative Flow refers to migration of capital from one sector to another, with expectations that other sector will deliver higher returns.
When there are rumors that one sector will outperform other sectors on the market, many speculative investors will move their capital to growing area, which will inevitably lead to raise in stock prices on that particular market.
