Strangle

Strangle is an option strategy where investor enters both call and the put option with different strike prices which are out of the money, but with same expiration day.
Investor will experience profit only if there are large price movements in the future in either direction.
Strangle is, in general, less expensive option strategy that straddle, because contracts are bought out of the money.
