Tax Heaven
Tax Heaven refers to a country that offers low tax liabilities for foreign individuals and businesses. The point is that you don't have to relocate yourself to a tax heaven country, but only to incorporate your incomes in it.
Tax heavens are, for example, some Caribbean countries or Cyprus.
