Trickle Down Theory

Also called Supply-Side Economics, it is an economic theory stating that the best way to stimulate the economy is to give tax breaks to companies in order to ease their business expenses and to produce more. By producing more and more, companies should employ more individuals and raise salaries. Therefore, individuals will have more money to spend and the future growth of the economy should be expected.
