Unqualified Opinion
Unqualified opinion is an opinion given by the professional auditor if company’s financial conditions and operations are fairly presented in its financial statements and are in accordance with GAAP.
Even if it sounds as a bad financial opinion, unqualified opinion is the best possible type of report a company may receive from professional auditor.
Unqualified opinion is the opposite of qualified opinion.
