Voluntary Accumulation Plan
Voluntary Accumulation plan is a plan that allows investor to make small periodic amounts investments into a mutual fund.
Although common practice is to invest fixed amounts of money, this plan allows investor to make payments at his discretion with voluntary contributions.
Voluntary accumulation plan enables investor to buy more shares when the price is low and fewer shares when the price is high and experience benefits of dollar cost averaging.
