World Fund
World fund is a type of investing fund that invests in domestic market, the US market, and in securities from many other countries. They usually have considerable portion of their funds invested in US securities, but do not exclude securities from other countries.
The main difference between international fund and world fund is in fact that international funds do not invest in domestic securities, but only in securities from other countries. The main advantage of world funds is that they are not restricted to one market, they spread their capital among different countries and are able to invest in best possible securities worldwide.
