Activity Ratio

Activity Ratio is a measure of company's ability to convert balance sheets from different account into sales or cash.
Every company will try to convert their balance sheets to sales or cash as soon as possible, in order to avoid or minimize storage costs and achieve higher revenues.
Activity ratios, such as inventory turnover ratio or asset turnover ratio are widely used in fundamental analysis.
