Ascending Triangle
Ascending triangle is a technical analysis term describing a bullish chart pattern, easily recognizable by two trend lines that form a triangle.
Combination of rising bottoms heading towards stock's resistance level could easily lead to a breakout. As soon as stock breaks above the resistance level, traders will aggressively enter into long positions, sending the stock higher and usually on high volume.
