Class B Shares

A classification of common shares, that can have more or less voting power than Class A Stocks. In the matter of Class B Stocks, voting rights are usually fewer than Class A Stocks, but the company may try to disguise that, and give more voting power to Class B Stocks. Stocks classification policy can be found in company’s bylaws definition.
