Dual Purpose Fund

It is a fund that offers two classes of stocks, common stocks and preferred stocks.
Common shareholders receive income from capital gains, while preferred shareholders receive income from dividend and interest.
Stocks sold to common shareholders are called capital shares and stocks sold to preferred shareholders are called income shares.
