Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, Amortization, and Restructuring or Rent - EBITDAR
Similar to EBITDA, except EBITDAR excludes Restructuring or Rent from income.
Earnings excluding expenses from depreciation, amortization, interest, taxes and restructuring or rent costs (earnings + ITDAR).
Depending on the industry the company�s business is in, Rent or Restructuring costs are included in EBITDAR, because those expenses are often significant, and without them we get a clearer picture of business decisions made by company�s management.
