Employee Stock Purchase Plan – ESPP
ESPP is a plan designed to give the employees possibility to buy company shares at discounted prices.
The company accumulates funds until the purchase date, when they purchase shares on behalf of the participating employees.
The amount of the discount depends on the plan, but usually it is up to 15% lower than the market price.
