Eurobond is a bond issued and traded outside the country in whose currency it’s issued.
It is often a bond issued by non-European country traded in Europe.
Eurobonds are usually high-liquidity bonds with small par value.
The Eurobonds are very attractive financing source to issuers, because of the flexibility of choosing the country in which the company can issue their bonds.
