Fixed Investment Trust
Fixed Investment Trust is an investment company which purchase fixed income producing securities and holds them until maturity.
These trusts are considered low risk and low return investments, and is not managed at all. This means that all the capital gains and interests are passed to shareholders at previously determined periods.
The downside of Fixed Investment Trust is an exposure to inflation because of its fixed nature.
