Gray Knight
Gray Knight is a buyer who enters the corporate takeover bid in front of white knight and bid more. Of course, for target company Gray Knight is less attractive takeover solution than the White Knight but more attractive then the Black Knight. Gray Knight usually tries to take advantages on any problems between other bidders and target company.
