Indexes
Index is a statistical indicator of a financial market which consists of value of securities on the market. Indices are expressed in a term of percentage change from the base value, and every index has its own calculation method.
The Standard & Poor's 500, DJ Wilshire 5000 and Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond Index are some of the best known indices in the world.
