Net Margin
Net Margin is an indicator of company’s cost control efficiency.
Net Margin is calculated by diving net profit by net revenues and is expressed as a percentage. It is used for comparing cost management power of two or more companies in the same industry, and also cost control power between two or more industries as well.
It is also called net profit margin.
