Straddle

Straddle is extremely risky options strategy, in which investor holds equal number of puts and calls with the same expiration date and strike price.
A straddle gives you the opportunity to profit if you know that the stock price will move radically, never minding the direction of the movement. But, if there is just a small movement, the investor will make a loss.
